7. Price and Stock
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in TL and include VAT. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is valid. In the event of a material error in the price, stock, or product description, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the collected payment.

11. Changes
The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions. The current version will be published on this page and will take effect on the date of publication.
12. Applicable Law and Competent Authority
This text is subject to Turkish law. In consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are competent; in other disputes, Kocaeli Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
